Examination of theoretical contents (40%).
Examination of practical contents (40%).
Possibility of small content assimilation tests (10%).
Since the course as a whole consists of two parts (theory and practice), in order to average these assessments, each part must be passed separately (with a grade equal to or greater than 5 points). Otherwise, the course will be considered not passed.

ASSESSMENT SYSTEM
Continuous assessment will be carried out throughout the course through the submission of activities and/or small level tests, covering both theoretical and practical content, by the students via the PLATEA Virtual Teaching Platform of the University of Jaén. This will account for 20% of the final grade.
Additionally, a final theoretical synchronous online test will be conducted through the PLATEA Platform or the Google Forms application, depending on availability (with the possibility of recording the session via Google Meet). This test will take place on the date established by the Faculty of Health Sciences for each official exam period and will account for 45% of the final grade.
A final practical test will also be conducted via videoconference, consisting of a simulation of a practical case involving a specific type of electrotherapy current. This test will account for 35% of the final grade.
II.- ASSESSMENT SYSTEM
Continuous assessment will be carried out throughout the course through the submission of activities, covering both theoretical and practical content, by the students via the PLATEA Virtual Teaching Platform of the University of Jaén. This will account for 50% of the final grade.
