4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Face-to-face teaching scenario Master classes for the teaching of theoretical content, although they will be carried out with audiovisual supports for better monitoring and understanding by the students Practical classes to reinforce the theoretical contents, through the analysis of current regulations and jurisprudence, debates and completion and correction of the mandatory practical cases to be carried out by the students The practical classes will have an important component of the use of ICT both in the search for information and in the dissemination of the results. Carrying out a research work on one of the topics contained in the syllabus for presentation and debate in class Virtual Teaching Scenario The master classes planned in person will be held by videoconference The practical sessions will be replaced by online training activities. In each activity it will be indicated whether the modality will be synchronous or asynchronous. Tutorials will be carried out in online format Multimodal or mixed teaching scenario The master classes will be taught in person. If the planned capacity is greater than the authorized one, in-person attendance will be rotated into two or three groups (30% - 50%). The rest of the group will attend by videoconference. The practical sessions will be carried out online, synchronously or asynchronously depending on the activity. Tutorials will be enhanced in online format

Assesment of theoretical content through objective testing

DETAILED INFORMATION

As in any matter of the discipline of Labor Law, it is necessary to take into account that employment is the greatest factor of social inclusion, so its relationship with the aforementioned SDGs is not in question. The generation of employment and the performance of a job influences the reduction of poverty, inequalities, and economic growth and, of course, takes the gender perspective into account.

8. VIRTUAL / CLASSROOM TEACHING SCENARIO

The adaptation to online teaching implies the use of synchronous and asynchronous activities with the support offered at the Intranet site " DocenciaVirtual" at University of Jaén.   - The online videoconference system GSuite Meet has substituted face-to-face interaction in the same official week days and times established in the official timetables.

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.

Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.

Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.

Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.

Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandalucia.es
