Key content
The course will consist of two parts:
- A theoretical part , in which the presentation of contents will be combined as an introductory strategy of the topics with autonomous work and tutoring in such a way that the teacher has a broad knowledge about the students. This part will be passed by means of a test or exam.
- A practical part in which students will design multimedia materials and resources for teaching-learning processes. Attendance to the practical part is compulsory.
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
Ordinary convocatory:
Attendance and/or participation in face-to-face and/or virtual activities: 10%.
Theoretical concepts of the subject: 40%.
Completion of assignments, cases or exercises: 50%.
In order to pass the subject, it is necessary to attend at least 80% of the practical sessions, having to pass each part of the subject separately (theoretical and practical content).
Extraordinary convocatory:
In this call, the percentage of attendance and participation will be grouped with the theoretical concepts: 50%.
The remaining 50% will correspond to the practical content, with an online test and/or activities defined by the teaching staff to qualify for this grade.

In the multimodal scenario, the same evaluation criteria established in the face-to-face system are maintained. The assessment test will be carried out face-to-face if health conditions allow it. Practical activities will be assessed by means of the submission of assignments using the instruments determined by the lecturers responsible for the subject. If the situation does not allow the exam to be taken in person, it will be taken online and synchronously, using the tools provided by the Institution, which will be communicated to the students sufficiently in advance.
In the multimodal and/or non face-to-face scenario, when appropriate, the teaching staff involved in teaching reserves the right not to give consent for the capture, publication, retransmission or reproduction of their speech, image, voice and explanations, in the exercise of their teaching duties, within the scope of the University of Jaén.

In the multimodal and/or non-face-to-face scenario, when applicable, the teaching staff involved in teaching reserve the right to withhold consent for the recording, publication, broadcasting, or reproduction of their discourse, image, voice, and lecture explanations, in the exercise of their teaching duties, within the University of Jaén.

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.
Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.
Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.
Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.
Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandalucia.es
