5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

In this subject, the student evaluation comprises two fundamental blocks: (Articles 13 and 14 of Royal Decree 592/2014, of July 11, regulating the external academic practices of university students).

In order to pass the subject, students must pass the two aspects contemplated in the evaluation of the subject. Both the final internship report submitted to the university teacher and the evaluation report of the professional tutor of the collaborating entity for the academic internship.

Evaluation of the university professor
Through the evaluation of the attendance and active participation in class, and of the final report of the student's internship, according to criteria and parameters duly established by the university faculty in the training and supervision sessions to be held at the university.

Essentially, the ability to combine theory and practice will be evaluated. Taking into account the level of deepening in the knowledge of the institution, in the study of the community and in the analysis of the social intervention; as well as the organization and structuring of the written work elaborated in the internship process.

Evaluation of the professional-tutor of the collaborating entities for the realization of external internships.
Through the issuance of a final report that will include the number of hours completed by the student and will assess aspects related to both generic and specific competencies related to the learning of the professional practice of social workers.

The model of the final evaluation report of the tutor of the internship center is published on the website of the Faculty of Social Work.

http://www10.ujaen.es/conocenos/centros/factra/docencia/gradoTS/practicasexternas

Attendance and active participation in this course is compulsory, considering both class sessions and attendance at the internship center. Students may not miss more than 5% of the total teaching hours at the university. Likewise, attendance to 100% of the external internship sessions in institutions is unavoidable, and the final report will not be evaluated until these are completed. In short, attendance is a condition for submitting the report for evaluation.

Obligations with respect to the collaborating entity:

In addition to complying with the obligations contained in art. 9.2, of R.D. 592/2014, students, must deliver to the institution in which they carry out the internship (preferably on the last day of stay in the center), a specific report that will include the data corresponding to the study of the institution and/or environment of the entity in which they have carried out their curricular internships. This report may be submitted in both paper and digital format.
