4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

the expositive classes will be given with the exposition of the theory and general approach methods with the resolution of examples of exercises M1 - Magisterial Classes, M4 - Lectures. The number of contact hours will be 47, and 63.75 hours of autonomous work by the students. The CG4, CG7, CG8, CG1, CER1, CG3 and CG2 skills will be developed in these lessons.

Classes in practice groups will solve practical and laboratory problems. M11 - Resolution of exercises, M12 - Presentation/Exhibition, M7 - Seminars, M8 - Debates, M9 - Laboratories and M6 - Practical activities. The CG4, CG7, CG8, CG1, CER1, CG3, CBB3 and CG2 skills will be developed in these lessons.

In practical activities - M6: The activity will consist of preparing a NI-43-101 report (national instrument for Disclosure Standards for Mining Projects within Canada).

The collective tutorials - A3 will deal with collateral aspects necessary for the correct numerical resolution of the problems in order to minimize errors and achieve an adequate level of precision.

These contents connect with the sustainable development goals of the United Nations. Mainly with objective 8 (Decent work and economic growth), objective 9 (Industry, innovation and infrastructure) and objective 12 (Responsible production and consumption).

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
