4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Teaching in a large group: lectures, exposition of theory and general examples and conferences.

Small group teaching: seminars, debates, practical activities and clarification of doubts.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

Final exam to be held on the officially established date. Its content will deal with theoretical, practical or theoretical-practical aspects, corresponding to the topics developed in class and where the competencies (CB6, CB9, CG1MMKTR, CG3MMKTR, CG4MMKTR and E02MMKTR) and E02MMKTR can be appreciated, together with the levels of knowledge achieved. results (RB6, RB9, RE02MM, RG1mMKTR, RG3mMKTR, RG4mMKTR, RT2 and RT5) achieved by the student.
A series of individual and/or group exercises and programmed practices on the CAD system will be carried out during the course. The assignments and/or practices will be carried out in accordance with the criteria established by the teacher, and they will have to be handed in within the deadlines established by the teacher. In these exercises, the CB6, CB9, CG1MMKTR, CG3MMKTR, CG4MMKTR and E02MMKTR skills and the results RB6, RB9, RE02MM, RG1mMKTR, RG3mMKTR, RG4mMKTR, RT2 and RT5 will be especially appreciated.

In relation to the CT2 competition, issues related to the circular economy and equal opportunities in the field of application of mechatronic engineering to our socio-economic context will be evaluated. Specifically, ideas and concepts related to the development of mechatronic products that favor this type of economy are prioritized.

Regarding the CT5 competence, within each of the evaluation systems that the subject presents, the reasoning and critical analysis capacity shown by the students in the different tests/exercises/tasks or even in class participation itself will be evaluated.
