Within the contents of this subject, some aspects related to the following Sustainable Development Goals are deployed:
SDG9 - Industry, innovation and infrastructure.
SDG12 - Responsible production and consumption
SDG17 - Partnerships to achieve goals
The theory will be developed through participative lectures in
the classroom on the contents of the programme.
The practice will consist of problem-solving sessions and
individual analysis and discussion of practical cases, with
presentation of results on a blackboard or screen. The engineering
project-based learning (PBL) methodology will also be used. The
project will be developed in groups in computer classrooms or
ordinary classrooms.
The office room hours will be face-to-face, according to
the schedule previously established for this purpose, although they
may also be attended online.
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
Aspect S1 - "Attendance and participation".
A total weight of 10% of the mark will be given to the
student's attitude with regard to his/her involvement and
participation in the development of classes, in aspects such as the
