The teaching methodology will consist of the delivery of the proposed programme through face-to-face lectures (classes), supported by new generation teaching resources (videos, powerpoint, browsing official websites). Case studies (always real) that have given rise to the intervention of international tribunals will also be presented and carried out, in order to see how they were acted upon. The case studies may consist of: discussion classes after the viewing of documentaries or films related to the subject matter under study, and the delivery of work and/or group presentations. The evaluation methodology will be determined by the teacher

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

Assessment will be based on a number of methods and criteria, including class attendance, active participation in activities organised as part of the subject (debates, etc.), submission and/or exhibition of periodic work (in the appropriate form established by the teacher) and a final examination, which may be oral or written, to be assessed by the teacher.

In cases where the number of students is small and participative, a system of continuous assessment may be introduced, through the submission of work and its presentation in class, to be assessed by the teacher. This method will be determined by the teacher, depending on the circumstances.

Similarly, it is the teacher who determines the type of examination, written (essay or test) or oral, depending on the circumstances. In this sense, the oral examination may be specified for one of the examination sessions, ordinary or extraordinary, at the discretion of the teaching staff
