Internship program

The Practical Program will be developed applying the learning methodology based on environmental projects, so that the theoretical contents are developed individually and in work groups, as well as contents related to the Evaluation, Planning, Programming and Control of Environmental Projects.

Additionally, two specific seminars will be held to learn two tools used in the preparation, management and planning of Environmental Projects:

*Seminar 1: Software for Project Planning and Evaluation (Ex. Project)

* Seminar 2 Selection and evaluation of projects (Financial Excellence)

*Scope report

* Project planning

* Project control

* Closure of the project

Project management by computer (PROJECT)


In relation to the basic contents, these will be related to the SDG

Goal 4: Ensure inclusive, equitable and quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.

And in relation to the contents developed in the Subject, they will be oriented towards the SDG:

Goal 13: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its effects

NOTE: The contents developed in the Schedule will be adjusted to the official schedule published on the center's website

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

* Theoretical classes: In them the theoretical foundations of the subject will be exposed. Participation will be encouraged through the question method and the search for debate within the class. The materials prepared and made available to students on the virtual learning platform will be used. They are related to the CB5, CE-15, CE-16, CT-2 skills that must be acquired.

* Problem solving: Practical exercises will be proposed to be solved in class to consolidate the theoretical foundations and develop the necessary skills to master the subject. It will be carried out in a small teaching group. They are related to the CB2, CB4, CE-15, CE-16, CT-2, CT-5 and CT-9 competencies.

* Computer practices: practices will be developed in a computer room to learn how to use a project management tool on a computer. It will be carried out in a small teaching group. They are related to the CE-15, CE-16, CT-2 and CT-5 competencies.

* Group work: Practical cases will be proposed to be carried out in small groups (5 students maximum). These works will be evaluated to complement the final mark of the subject. They are related to the CB4, CE-15, CE-16, CT-2 and CT-9 competencies.

* Exhibitions: There will be a public exhibition of the work carried out. They are related to the CB2, CB3 and CB4 competencies.

* Tutorials and personalized attention: Both during established tutorial hours and through email, specific doubts that arise throughout the course will be resolved. They are related to the CE-15, CE-16, CT-2 and CT-9 competencies.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The evaluation of the student will be carried out through a final exam, the evaluation of the management of the computer tool and a continuous evaluation of the work throughout the course, as follows:

- Final exam on theoretical and practical content (70%). CE-15, CE-16, CT-2, CB-3, CB-4, CB-5

- Continuous evaluation (30%). Attendance and participation in training activities will be valued, as well as the completion of class work and practices proposed during the course. A part of this evaluation will be dedicated to computer practices, where the student must demonstrate the correct handling of a project management computer tool. CE-15, CE-16, CT-5, CT-9, CB-2

EVALUATION SYSTEM

 

The evaluation system in the Multimodal or Mixed scenario does not undergo changes with respect to the Scenario

Face-to-face. The final exam will be face-to-face and will be held on the officially established date and the evaluation of the Project in the Practices will be according to what is indicated in the description of the evaluation system of the face-to-face modality.

EVALUATION SYSTEM

In the non-contact scenario, the aspect of the evaluation -Theoretical Concepts of the Subject-, which was carried out using the instrument: -Theoretical-practical exam- in person, is replaced by online evaluation tests with the same weight as in the original teaching guide

 

The rest of the grade corresponds to the delivery of Exercises as well as the delivery of Practices (practice work), as well as the observations that the teacher takes based on the student's participation in virtual activities.

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.

Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.

Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandalucia.es
