According to the agreement on common criteria for the adaptation of university education to the health requirements of the COVID-19 epidemic during the 2021-22 academic year, dated June 16, 2020, the 2021-22 academic year will begin in accordance with this scenario if there is no change in the sanitary limitations currently in force. In this scenario, the Recommendations of the Ministry of Universities to the University Community will also be followed to adapt the 2021-22 academic year to an adapted face-to-face (June 10, 2020).

A01 - Large group lectures
50% face-to-face
Development of 30 participatory master class sessions, lasting one hour each, held in the classroom and broadcast by videoconference to the rest of the group, with periodic rotation of students
A02 - Classes in practice groups
100% face-to-face or 50% + Online
Development of 15 practical class sessions, lasting one hour each, held in the classroom and broadcast by videoconference to the rest of the group, with periodic rotation of students.
Online work sessions with the whole group will be considered, to be carried out independently, in subgroups or in a large group

In person at 50% + Online
Some tutorial sessions will be held in person and others online (synchronous and asynchronous)
Multimodal or mixed teaching will be carried out as long as we have the equipment that allows for synchronous teaching, in those cases in which it is not possible for the entire group to attend the classroom.
Assessment:
The evaluation system will be the same for both the ordinary and the extraordinary call.

Detailed evaluation system:
The final grade for the course will be obtained from the sum of all evaluation indicators. In case of failing the written evaluation test (60%) in the ordinary call, the marks obtained both in attendance and participation, as well as in individual/group work and practical activities (40%) will be saved for the extraordinary call of this academic year , having to adapt to the teaching program of the next course, those students who do not pass the subject in extraordinary call.
Resources:
Complementary resources will be provided for teaching, consisting of various electronic bibliographic resources that can be accessed from the virtual catalog of the library of the University of Jaén, as well as materials provided by the teaching staff through the ILIAS/PLATEA Teaching platform. Virtual.
For online teaching and evaluation, the resources available at the University of Jaén (ILIAS/PLATEA platform for Virtual Teaching and Google Suite tools) will be used. Students must have access to the Internet and the necessary equipment to monitor teaching and carry out written work, which will be the assessment tests to be carried out, both in ordinary and extraordinary calls.
The transition from one scenario to another will be possible at any time throughout the 2021-22 academic year, due to the evolution of the pandemic, always observing the instructions established by the health authorities and the State or, where appropriate, Autonomous Government. .

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.
Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.
Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.
Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.
Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above.
