conflict resolution through practical theoretical input.

The fifth to eighth topics will be taught by the faculty of the Social Work area, giving the perspectives of this discipline to the theory and practical intervention of mediation.

Therefore, the students will have the first half of the practices of Social Psychology and the second half will correspond to practices of Social Work. The practical activities of each discipline will be programmed by the corresponding faculty, proposing different types of practical activities.

For the monitoring and development of the course, the enrolled students must attend classes on the established schedule and register, in due time and form, in the PLATEA platform from where information and/or materials related to the course will be provided.

It is the student's responsibility to access this training platform to monitor the course.

The deadlines for supervision and delivery of work in time and form indicated by the teacher are non-extendable and failure to comply with them will have an impact on the corresponding grade.

Regarding the general behavior in the spaces in which the classroom training activities take place, an appropriate attitude of respect for the group and the work done by the teaching staff will be maintained, maintaining the required respect, not being allowed - except for exceptions authorized by the teaching staff - to consume drinks, food or any other substance that is not part of the training session. 5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The evaluation system will be governed by the provisions of RD 1125/2003 of September 5, 2003, which establishes the European credit system and the grading system for official university degrees.

In general, and for the ordinary calls, the evaluation system contemplates the following aspects:

A) Attendance and/or active participation of students (10%): it is evaluated through attendance and/or participation in short activities carried out in practical classes and/or virtually.

B) Theoretical contents of the subject (60%): evaluated through objective tests of choice and/or elaboration. The validity of the grades obtained in this section is that of the academic year in force. In order to pass the subject it will be essential to obtain a grade equal to or higher than 2.8 (out of 6 points) in the theory exam.

C) Performance of practical activities (30%): it is evaluated on the basis of the performance of the programmed practical activities, by means of the delivery of reports and/or activities (oral and/or written) presented in due time and form, correctly solved. The validity of the grades obtained in this section is that of the previous academic year.

The final grade in the course will be the weighted sum of these three sections as long as the grade obtained in the theoretical exam is equal or higher than 2.8 points (out of 6). Otherwise, the student will be SUSPENDED and the rest of the sections will not be added.

Attendances are recorded in practice classes.
To add the practices and attendances of the total of the subject,
at least 2.8 points must be obtained in the total of the
theoretical exam of the subject. It is mandatory to carry out
practices of the subject

For the evaluation of the extraordinary exam II (June-July) none of the grades obtained in the ordinary exam will be kept. The objective written tests, practical activities and activities or questions that value the item of the attendance that the professors dictate must be carried out in order to be able to opt for such grades.
The objective written tests, practical activities and activities or questions that value the item of attendance that the teacher determines in order to be eligible for such qualifications and that will be equivalent in difficulty and to those made during the course, all in accordance with the rules of evaluation of the University of Jaen.

In no ordinary or extraordinary call will be admitted the grades obtained in the different parts of the subject in previous courses. In order to pass the subject, each item must be passed, theory, practice and attendance (it is passed by obtaining the average value of the applied scale) and the final result must be higher or equal to 5. That is, the subject will be passed as long as at least five points are obtained in the theory, five in the practices and five in the attendance. Likewise, each section and/or each activity that are part of these, must be passed with at least 5 points each.

The evaluation of the practical activities and papers may not be the result of copying or plagiarism, for which they will be subjected to an analysis through the anti-plagiarism resources available to the University of Jaén. Any suspicion or evidence of plagiarism will imply the suspension of the activity or work. Likewise, in the evaluation of the subject, any suspicion that the student is violating the rules for conducting the exam, as well as using any method that exceeds the allowed in the instructions administered in the evaluation, will result in expulsion from the classroom and the corresponding grade of Fail.
