4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

The teaching of the subject will be face-to-face (presential), although it will be adapted to mixed or virtual scenarios if necessary. In mixed or virtual scenarios, the resources for the follow-up of the subject will be adapted to the mixed teaching system (face-to-face and virtual classes), through the ILIAS virtual teaching platform, the Uja institutional mail and online meetings through Google meet. Optionally, telematic tools or some other resource that will not be used in face-to-face (presential) teaching may be used.

 

DETAILED INFORMATION:

The methodology will be active and will promote meaningful learning through the experience of musical practice. The sessions will always have a theoretical-practical nature, in which reflection and self-criticism of the proposed work will be promoted. Techniques such as inquiry and prior or simultaneous investigation of students on practical assumptions, collaborative work and participant observation will be essential in the development of the classes.

Master classes.

The theoretical classes will be focused on the idea of ​​the relationship of the subject with the early childhood education curriculum. From there, initiation, development and evaluation activities will be developed.

Practical classes.

Practical classes will focus on developing basic musical skills:  listening, interpretation and vocal and instrumental creation adapted to early childhood education.

Academic activities:

The student will choose two activities from among those proposed by the teaching staff of the subject, which will consist of the extension of themes and problems that arise in the development of the course, through research in specialized bibliography and in the creativity of the individual himself.

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The evaluation of the subject, participation, practical exercises, theoretical tests and portfolios, will be developed in person (presential). Working in a mixed (face to face and virtual scenario) or virtual teaching scenario, the telematic tools admitted by the UJA will be used: Uja virtual teaching, Google Meet, Google Forms, etc.

Different evaluation techniques will be combined to check the degree of acquisition of the objectives and development of the skills of the subject.

Written test: It will evaluate the conceptual level and the application of theory to practice.

Practical test: It will evaluate the level of application of the practical concepts.

DETAILED INFORMATION:

The qualification system will be guided by what is established in RD 1125/2003 of September 5, which establishes the European credit system and the qualification system in official university degrees.

It will be necessary to pass sections 1 and 2. The subject cannot be passed with spelling mistakes in the exam or written tests.

La evaluación de la asignatura, participación, exposiciones, pruebas teóricas y entrega de supuestos prácticos, se harán de presencial. Si aparece un escenario de enseñanza semi persencial o virtual, se utilizarán los medios telemáticos admitidos por la UJA: Docencia virtual Uja, Google Meet, Google Forms, etc.

INFORMACIÓN DETALLADA:

 El sistema de calificación se regirá por lo establecido en el RD 1125/2003 de 5 de septiembre por el que se establece el sistema europeo de créditos y el sistema de calificaciones en las titulaciones universitarias de carácter oficial.

 No se podrá aprobar la asignatura con faltas de ortografía en el examen o pruebas escritas.

Mixed

In a mixed teaching multimodal teaching scenario: face-to-face and virtual. The resources for the follow-up of the subject will be adapted to said system with face-to-face classes in the classroom and virtual teaching through the ILIAS virtual teaching platform, the Uja institutional mail and online meetings. Optionally, other telematic tools or some resource that will not be used in face-to-face (presential) teaching may be used, but tools admitted by the UJA will always be used: Uja virtual teaching, Google Meet, Google Forms, etc.

Teaching in mixed scenario will be, generally and preferably, online teaching. In the case of developing the classes in person (presential), the percentage of students in the classroom could be determined by the availability and capacity of the classrooms. In this scenario, if there is face-to-face teaching, the rotation of students will be applied, providing those who do not attend class with the information, documentation and other material necessary for the adequate follow-up of the teaching in a non-face-to-face way. The visualization of theoretical or practical contents and the reading and handling of complementary material will be the resources used for this non-face-to-face follow-up.

Tutorship in the multimodal (mixed) scenario will be, according to recommendation, preferably online, through email, Google meet, Uja virtual teaching, etc.

In a presential scenario (face-to-face teaching), the development of the activities, will be as follows, provided that the number of students is above the limited capacity in the classroom:

8. VIRTUAL TEACHING SCENARIO

Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.

Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandalucia.es
