5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The nature and importance of laboratory practices makes them compulsory attendance. The unjustified absence to a practice supposes to lose 30% of the total of the final note. And the lack of half or more of these practices (3 or more) means not passing the subject.

In order for the exam grade to be weighted with the rest of the evaluation activities, it is necessary to pass the theoretical exam. As an example, weighting is achieved with a minimum score of 5 out of 10. If the theoretical exam score is less than 5, the student must repeat the test in another call and the teacher will save the notes of other activities during the current course and the next (compulsory attendance at practices and attendance and participation in class)

The weight of the evaluation of the practices will be included in the final exam, where 60% of the subject will be from the theoretical part and 30% from the laboratory practices. Carrying out a single evaluation test that contains the two components (theoretical part and practical part)
