(Approved by the Governing Council in its extraordinary session no. 17 of 2 July 2020):

Undergraduate and Master's curricular internships, which take place within the facilities of the University of Jaén, will be adapted as far as possible to the non-classroom format, seeking the acquisition of competences and learning outcomes similar to those foreseen in the classroom format. To this end, the following will be considered:

  • In cases where the practicals carried out up to the date of confinement have enabled a reasonable volume of learning outcomes to be achieved that guarantee sufficient acquisition of competences (minimum of 50% of the programmed practicals), these will be considered as completed, being complemented with alternative training methodologies (projects, reports, training programmes, etc.).
  • The practical classes will be adapted to the non-classroom format, taking advantage of the experience accumulated in the current four-month period.
  • Exceptionally, if some specific competences of the subject cannot be fully acquired in this academic year and have continuity in subjects of subsequent years, a specific reinforcement plan may be developed for the next academic year, which will be included in the teaching guides of the subjects affected.
