The evaluation of the students will have different methods that will be selected among the following.
Written test: essay exams, objective and semi-objective tests, problem solving, short answer tests, reports and class diaries.
Oral presentations in class: individually or in groups on the contents of the syllabus (seminar) and on carrying out practical activities corresponding to specific competences.
Techniques based on student participation.
The theoretical exam will have a value of 60% (6 points) of the final grade. Attendance and active participation 0.5% and practical activities 35%. It will be required to pass the theoretical exam to pass the subject, that is, to obtain a minimum of 3.0 points in the exam so that the practice grade (up to 3.5 points) and class participation (up to 0) can be added. .5 points). In turn, it will be a requirement to pass the practices with a minimum of 1.75 points so that the note of the theoretical exam and the attendance exam can be added.
The qualifications of the practical activities and of the participation in class will be saved during the academic course. In the extraordinary calls, those who have not carried out practices, will be able to reach the maximum mark (10), examining both theory and practices in the exam.
If the number of students enrolled in the subject allows it, a continuous evaluation system may be developed based on a piece of work that will be presented in face-to-face sessions and delivered at the end of the subject.

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.
Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.
Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.
Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.
Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandalucia.es
