The Master's Coordination will establish and communicate in advance to all those involved the date on which the presentation will take place. The student will present the documentation required by the regulations within the period established by the Master's Degree Academic Committee of the EPS Linares in each academic year.

According to the document "Academic criteria for the adaptation of teaching during the academic year 2020-21" approved by the Governing Council on 15 July 2020:

TFT planning:

The TFM of experimental modality in laboratory or linked to field practices, or any other modality that requires attendance, may be carried out in classroom format, always taking into account the health restrictions and the limitation of capacity. Due to the limitation of face-to-face attendance, it is necessary an adequate programming by the tutor teaching staff in order to ensure that the TFM is carried out in face-to-face format and with all the health guarantees.

TFT Tutoring and Defence:

The tutors may tutor the students and monitor the TFM in person or virtually in the mixed scenario.

The defence of the TFM will be carried out in accordance with the regulations approved in each centre and respecting at all times the security measures established by the health authorities,
It may be carried out in person or online.

9. VIRTUAL TEACHING SCENARIO

According to the document "Academic criteria for the adaptation of teaching during the academic year 2020-21" approved by the Governing Council on 15 July 2020:

Planning of the TFT:

The tutor teaching staff may propose an alternative schedule, adapted to the theoretical/bibliographic or other modality, which allows for its telematic completion, in those TFM initially planned as experimental within the facilities of the University or external entities, or those involving field activities. This alternative planning will cover situations that arise during the academic year 2022-23, moving from a face-to-face or mixed scenario to a non-face-to-face scenario, in which it is not possible to carry out the TFTs face-to-face. In this way, the acquisition of the specific competences of the subject will be guaranteed regardless of the evolution of the pandemic.

TFT Tutoring and Defence:

In the non-face-to-face scenario, the defence in non-face-to-face format of TFM will be allowed, in accordance with the conditions that will be set at the time. To this end, a protocol for the presentation and defence of TFM is established to ensure that all students who plan to do so during the period of suspension of face-to-face defence of TFM can complete their studies. This protocol will be in force as long as the exceptional measures that impede the performance of the FMT defence in person are maintained and consists of:

1) In general, the planned dates for the defence of the TFM specified in the different calls by each centre responsible will be maintained.

2) Students will submit their TFM and the corresponding documentation in electronic format, by sending it electronically by the means specified by each centre. No physical documentation of any kind will be required.

3) The TFM Committees, in accordance with the regulations of the corresponding Centre, may carry out their corresponding procedures using telematic means in the event of confinement, avoiding face-to-face meetings at all times.

4) Students, teaching and research staff and administration and services staff involved in the management of TFM will be promptly informed of all the processes that are modified according to the evolution of the pandemic via email and the Centre's website.
