7. VIRTUAL / CLASSROOM TEACHING SCENARIO

According to the document "Academic criteria for the adaptation of teaching during the academic year 2020-21" approved by the Governing Council on 15 July 2020:

The curricular practices that are developed within the facilities of the University of Jaén will be carried out in the classroom format, always respecting the maximum capacity of the facility where the practice is carried out and guaranteeing the health safety recommendations.

If the number of students or the facility does not allow guaranteeing the safety measures, the on-site format must be reduced on a rotational basis.

The curricular placements that are carried out externally can be implemented in the same way as in the normal situation (in the same terms established in the degree's verified report), i.e., in full attendance at the different Centres or Companies in accordance with the agreements signed with the collaborating entities, as long as they meet the required health conditions.

However, when the number of hours taught is limited, at least 50% of the planned placements may be completed in person and supplemented with training activities (projects, reports, training programmes, etc.) proposed by the centre with the aim of acquiring the required competences.

8. VIRTUAL TEACHING SCENARIO

According to the document "Academic criteria for the adaptation of teaching during the academic year 2020-21" approved by the Governing Council on 15 July 2020:

Undergraduate and Master's Degree curricular placements, which take place within the facilities of the University of Jaén, will be adapted as far as possible to the non-classroom format, seeking the acquisition of competences and learning outcomes similar to those foreseen in the classroom format.

External curricular placements may be carried out and/or completed by applying these alternative measures:

Substituting the work placement period or, where appropriate, complementing the work placement time already completed, with a non-face-to-face training focused on training in the competences that students obtain with the curricular work placement subject in the face-to-face mode.
To postpone the completion of work placements that have not been able to start, have just started, or those to which, exceptionally, the previous section cannot be applied until the resumption of the classroom-based teaching activity.
