A1.
Lectures:
The contents specified in section 5 of this guide are developed in
them, alternating the explanation of theoretical knowledge (CB2 and
CT2)with the
exposition of the general methods of posing problems (CB3 and CB5)
and the solving exercises-type (CEM9).
A2. Practices:
They consist of 5 sessions of two hours, where the student learn to
use new computation and experimental technologies for the content
of the subject (CB3, CB5, CEM9 y CT4) through practical activities
of computational simulation
(M6) and laboratory experiments (M9).
A3. Group tutorials:
They consist of sessions in seminar format (M15) or collective
sessions of resolution of doubts (M17) to deal with collateral
aspects necessary for the correct assimilation of the contents of
the subject.

The evaluation is carried out mainly by means of a written exam, which consists mainly of exercises and practical problems. Both the choice of the resolution method and the accuracy and expression of the results will be evaluated in them. Additionally, it may contain questions of theory with a weight not exceeding 30% of the exam grade. This is rated from 0 to 10 points and with this it is intended to evaluate the competences CEM9, CT2, CT6, CB2, CB3, CB5 and the results Resul-01, Resul-02, Resul-03, Resul-04, Resul-05, Resul-06 and Resul-07. However, to pass the course, the minimum grade on the written exam must be greater than 4.5 points. The practices will evaluate the specific competences CEM9, CT2, CT4, CT6, CB2, CB3, CB4, CB5. Attendance and delivery of practical exercises are mandatory. In addition, it is necessary to obtain a minimum score of 3 points out of 10 in each of the reports of the practices presented. If the practice reports are not delivered on the dates set by the teacher through the PLATEA platform (deliveries by email are not accepted), the subject cannot be passed.
The course is approved or suspended in each call, in its entirety; including theory, problems and practices and the results Resul-01, Resul-02, Resul-03, Resul-04, Resul-05, Resul-06 and Resul-07.
The student may request a single test evaluation, in which the weight of the exam would be 100% of the grade of the subject, only under the exceptional circumstances set out in article 13 of the Reglamento de Régimen Académico y de Evaluación del Alumnado de la Universidad de Jaén . The application, accompanied by due justification, can only be made during the teaching period of the subject.

The assessment methodology for the subject under this modality is combination of continuous evaluation through works and practices, and a final exam. The subject is approved as a whole in all the calls, so the weights and conditions of the different parts remain unchanged.

RESOURCES
For the adaptation of teaching and evaluation to the online mode, the tools enabled by the University of Jaén will be used for this purpose: Google Meet, Google Jamboard, Google Forms, ILIAS platform, etc.
In particular, for practices and the work, CAD and simulation software, as well as for numerical calculation will be used, which can be accessed through free-access computer rooms, virtual pcs or through free student licenses available for installation on their pcs.
In addition, for both exams and presentation of jobs or exercises in which it is applicable, it is necessary that the student has a webcam and microphone as means of interaction and identification against fraud.

ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY
The assessment methodology for the subject under this modality is combination of continuous evaluation through works and practices, and a final exam. The subject is approved as a whole in all the calls, so the weights and conditions of the different parts remain unchanged. In view of the eventuality of moving towards this completely non-face-to-face modality, these criteria are maintained with respect to the mixed modality with the aim of not altering the conditions of evaluation of the students.

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.
Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.
Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.
Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.
Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above.
