For this, group work will be carried out for subsequent presentation and debate in class, comments on reflective and critical readings individually on proposed texts in relation to the subject matter of the subject, as well as debates on news and current affairs. 3.- Participation in research activities, conferences, seminars and seminars organized by the Labor and Social Security Law Area.
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
The teacher will jointly evaluate both the theoretical content and the practical content. The theoretical exam will consist mainly of a written narrative test, in which the students must prove the assimilation of the contents and basic concepts of the subject, which they can defend orally. The assessment of this test can represent up to 70% of the final grade. The practical test will consist of individual and group evaluation of the work and practices delivered. The attendance and active participation of the student in the subject will be taken into account within the final grade and with a maximum value of 10%. For the weighting for the practical part and class attendance to operate, it is necessary to pass the exam.

TEACHING METHODOLOGY AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES Depending on the number of people enrolled and the space available and, in order to respect the sanitary measures required, groups will be created that may alternately attend in person. During the classes the teacher will open a videoconference so that students who are not physically in the classroom can attend virtually. In the face-to-face classes the theoretical explanation will alternate with the realization of practices and resolution of assumptions. To complete this modality of mixed teaching, non-contact activities will be added in order to develop the same competencies considered in the face-to-face methodology. This mixed scenario will only take place in the event that it is not possible to simultaneously attend all the people enrolled. Otherwise, the face-to-face modality will be followed. EVALUATION. The final exam will take place online. In this case, the exam will consist of an online questionnaire type development, with limited time. To carry out the exam, students must have a webcam and microphone, and their activation may be required at any time during the performance of said evaluable test. In case of having to carry out the exam online, the weights established in the original teaching guide would be as follows: Theoretical concepts of the subject: 80% Practical cases, jobs and assistance: 20% Passing the theory exam is necessary to add the score for work, practice and attendance. For the Extraordinary Call, the same evaluation system is maintained, respecting the qualifications for carrying out practices, assignments and attending virtual classes, with the same proportions detailed above for all concepts. TUTORIALS: They can be done through contact via email or by videoconference. The technological platform to be used will be agreed in each situation, depending on the possibilities of the student and teaching team. Google Meet will be used as a priority, through the platform provided by our university. The link corresponding to this purpose will be duly communicated through the Virtual Teaching Platform of the University of Jaén, at the beginning of the academic year. RESOURCES: Ilias University of Jaén Platform (Virtual classroom) Google-Meet (By video conferences, online classes, online tutorials, etc).
