4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

A1 - Expositive classes in a large group (Theory classes 787A_A1)

A2 - Classes in groups of practices (Classes of practices in laboratory 787A_A2)

The teaching methodology for the expository classes will be the masterful participatory lesson in which the lecturer will present the contents with the help of blackboard and ICT media as teaching resources, and students will be able to participate by raising and/or answering the questions raised by the teacher. Classes in small groups will be held in the laboratories of the department where students can put into practice the contents learned by doing a data processing, make some presentations, etc.

The theory and practical classes can simultaneously be combined as the agenda progresses.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

It is necessary to attend at least 80% of the classes in order to pass the subject.

The evaluation of the laboratory practices will be based on the reports delivered by the students in which their structure, presentation and quality will be evaluated. Likewise, the presentation/exhibition of some work may be required.
