Part 1: Legal regime of protection against situations of
dependency in the SAAD: general study.
1. Legislation and legal doctrine on dependency benefits and
services.
2. The objective situation of dependency and the protective
solutions.
3. The Spanish model: The configuration of a universal public
system. Evolution and evaluation of the model in a context of
withdrawal of the Social State.
4. The SAAD service catalog.
Part 2. Family networks and care for dependents. An approach
from Sociology and History.
Family, care and welfare in historical
perspective (XIX-XX centuries).
2. Sociological analysis of the reality of family caregivers.
The new framework from the Dependency Law.

These sessions consist of the realization of reports, works, tasks in the Virtual Teaching Platform of the UJA. These activities will be supervised by the teacher, will be evaluated and students will be informed of their progress. They will be carried out in synchronous or asynchronous format, depending on the activity and practice to be performed. Students will be able to record their work, tasks and activities on the platform. |

EVALUATION SYSTEM Evaluations will be carried out in large group sessions, with a weight on the final grade of 20%. These sessions will be theoretical and practical. (Competences and learning outcomes: CB10, E1, E10, E14, E15, E16, E19, E2, E22, E3, E31, E4, E5, E7, E9, GE2 - RB7, RG2, RG4. There will be evaluations in Virtual Teaching, in which the work done in the course will be evaluated. The weight on the final grade will be 80%. (Competences and learning outcomes: CB7, E10, E11, E13, E14, E16, E19, E2, E20, E22, E3, E31, E4, E5, E6, E7, E9, GE2, GE3 - RB10, RB7, RG2, RG4. |

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.
Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.
Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.
Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.
Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandalucia.es
