4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

- Large group lectures

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

 Completion of a paper on one of the points covered in the course, tutored by one of the 4 teachers of the conceptual and methodological block. Compulsory test. Minimum grade required to pass it will be 5 points out of 10.

These sessions consist of the realization of reports, works, tasks in the Virtual Teaching Platform of the UJA.

These activities will be supervised by the teacher, will be evaluated and students will be informed of their progress. They will be carried out in synchronous or asynchronous format, depending on the activity and practice to be performed.

Students will be able to record their work, tasks and activities on the platform.

EVALUATION SYSTEM

Evaluations will be carried out in large group sessions, with a weight on the final grade of 20%. These sessions will be theoretical and practical.

(Competences and learning outcomes: CB10, E1, E10, E14, E15, E16, E19, E2, E22, E3, E31, E4, E5, E7, E9, GE2 - RB7, RG2, RG4.

There will be evaluations in Virtual Teaching, in which the work done in the course will be evaluated. The weight on the final grade will be 80%.

(*) The Center may establish a different percentage of attendance depending on the number of students and capacity of the classroom/laboratory in accordance with health measures.

(**) The Center may establish rotating attendance depending on the number of students and capacity of the classroom/laboratory in accordance with health measures (class in the timetable and classroom/laboratory assigned to part of the group and retransmission by videoconference to the rest, with periodic rotation of students, as determined by the Center).

NOTE: The synchronous activity means that it will be live, at the same time that the class is given, the students will follow it through digital or face-to-face means. Asynchronous activity is indirect, it can be recorded or viewed at any time, it is not live.

DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE (on line exams)

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.

Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.

Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.

Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.

Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandalucia.es
