Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
Assessment methodology:
1) Evaluation of theoric curriculum and problems (60%), 2) Evaluation of laboratory practice (20%), 3) Evaluation of training activities including problem based learning and oral presentation (20%).
The Theory and the Problems will be evaluated through a continuous evaluation test (eliminatory with a grade equal to or greater than 5 points) and a final exam. It is necessary to obtain a mark higher than 4.0 points in the final exam to be able to make average with the rest of the qualifications of the subject.
Laboratory Practice will be evaluated by a laboratory exam and the presentation of lab results. A mark equal or higher than 5 points is necessary to pass the exam. The attendance to laboratory sessions and the presentation of the results are compulsory.
Training activities including oral presentation and problem based learning will be evaluated by the proffessor in base to the quality of the presentation made and dicussion.
The student can choose to make the exams in Spanish or English.
