8. VIRTUAL / CLASSROOM TEACHING SCENARIO

1. TEACHING METHODOLOGY AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES

Training activities

Format (classroom/online)*

Teaching methodology description

14 Theoretical class sessions

In classroom according to health circunstances

Development of 14 sessions of participatory master classes of one hour each, conducted in classroom or by videoconference if sanitary conditions require it.

8 Practical sessions of Advanced Microbiology in the laboratory A2-222B.

In classroom according to health circunstances

Development of 8 practical sessions, of two hours duration each, applying rotation in small groups of 50% if sanitary conditions require it. In this case, retransmission of practical classes will be done to the rest of the group (if possible) or complete the training with asynchronous training activities.

Tutorials

In person or  Online

The tutorials will be carried out online (synchronous and asynchronous) or in person.

2. EVALUATION SYSTEM

A continuous assessment will be carried out throughout the course through the delivery of activities, both theoretical and practical, by the students through the Virtual Teaching Platform of the University of Jaen, which will represent 50% of the final grade. There will also be a synchronous final test of theoretical and practical concepts, on the date established by the Faculty of Experimental Sciences for each of the official calls, which will represent 50% of the final grade.
