PRACTICAL MODULE (SMALL GROUP WORKSHOPS):
Practice 1. Historiography. -Research Methods in the

History of Nursing. The biographical method: The life
story. Practice 2. Caregivers and caregivers. Basic care.
First contact with the patient. Practice 3. Basic Human
Needs. -Analysis of the content. Practice 4. Theories in
Nursing. -Analysis of the models most used in practice.
Practice 5. Ethical aspects. Health user rights.
Practice 6. Ethical aspects: Professional ethics.
Practice 7: Practical application of the contents learned.
Presentation and exhibition of historiography work.

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

TEACHING METHODOLOGY Lecture.

Discussion groups to communicate and share knowledge,
encourage teamwork and critical and self-critical skills.
Comprehensive reading and discussion in the classroom of
a personal work on a recommended text. Practical exercises.
Personal study. Movie viewing with subsequent discussion. Simulation in the classroom to practice hygiene, mobilizations and care for the bedridden person. Face-to-face, virtual, online tutorials. Interactive answer system for exercises and questions.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

Tutorial follow-up: Theoretical and practical blocks.

-Written exam. -Participation of work.-Attendance and
participation of the student in theoretical classes at
least 80% of the total. -Attendance and participation in
workshops (practical classes) held in demonstration rooms. 100% attendance obligation. -Positive evaluation of activities outside the classroom, complementary reading, internet searches, etc.

7. VIRTUAL / CLASSROOM TEACHING SCENARIO

No changes with respect to the Teaching Guide in the Basic
Data sections of the subject,

Competences, results and contents. The methodology will be adapted according to
the guidelines given in relation to the health situation
by the Andalusian framework and by the Governing Council
of the University of Jaén. Respecting as much as possible
the one marked in the current Teaching Guide.
The face-to-face scenario will be maintained as far as
possible for all activities, preferably those of a less practical
nature.

The evaluation system, in case of non-attendance, will be adapted
as follows:

- Students will connect at the time of the exam, set in the
calendar, to a space created for this purpose in google meet called
â€Å
“Theoretical Bases Assessment
Testâ€Â.

- Through this platform, and using a google form support, the
evaluation test of theoretical concepts of the subject will be
carried out, which will have the weight indicated in the teaching
guide (70%).

The weight of the other evaluation criteria, defined in the
teaching guide and which add up to 30%, is maintained.
All this while respecting the legal obligations (Law of
Universities and other laws) in relation to the protection of data
and the treatment of the same.

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.

Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.

Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.

Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.

Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandalucia.es
