4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

THEORETICAL LESSONS. The contents of the subject will be developed by means of magisterial lectures and conferences.
PRACTICAL SESSIONS. Students will prepare a maintenance schedule stepwise with the help of CAMM systems, and by means of application examples. In order to understand the CE marking procedure, different examples will be shown.
TUTORSHIPS. Doubts will catch on, and the development of the proposed works will be supervised.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

ASSISTANCE AND PARTICIPATION. The assistance will be born inmind by means of list of signatures and the participation inthe theoretical and practical meetings. The  CT1 and CT3 competencies and learning results 36 and 37 will be evaluated acording to that..
EXAMINATION. Multiple choice questions, essay questions, andshort answer questions. The  CB2R and CT2 competencies and learning results 36, 37 and 38 will be evaluated acording to that..
INDIVIDUAL WORKS. Before the examination date, students haveto prepare 2 reports: One of them about industrial maintenance, and the second report about machinery safety. The structure, presentation, solutions and adequate maintenance-safety improvements will be valued. The  CT1, CT2 and CT4 competencies and learning results 38, 39, 40, 41 y COPT1R will be evaluated acording to that..

The realization of the theory exam, as well as the attendance to the practices and delivery of the proposed works are essential to overcome the subject.
To pass the subject you must pass with a minimum score of 5 out of 10, both the exam theory as the practices and practical work proposed.
