Theoretical and practical classes, both face-to-face (of the whole group or in subgroups) or, depending on the health situation, via videoconference.
Tutorials will be preferably by e-mail and by videoconference if advisable due to the health situation.
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
Presential scenario: final exam on the content of the program with development questions and/or multiple-choice questions. Class attendance, practices, personal and team work will be taken into account.
Mixed scenario: The test will be face-to-face, and the exam may be divided into small groups whose membership will be determined by the professor and communicated to the students. Depending on the circumstances, the professor may choose to apply the evaluation of the non face-to-face scenario.
- Lecciones de Derecho procesal civil. Edition: 12ª ed. Author: Armenta Deu, Teresa. Publisher: Marcial Pons (Library)
The system of teaching theory and practice will be maintained with a methodology similar to the presential one.
Depending on the number of students enrolled, the number of students in the lectures and practical groups may be adjusted to adapt to health regulations, and the group may be divided into two or three subgroups whose attendance obligation will rotate.
At the same time as the face-to-face classes are given in the classroom, the class will be broadcast synchronously, either with the means (cameras in the classrooms) provided by the University, or as far as possible with a Gsuite Meet group that the lecturer will create for each class - whenever possible - so that students who are assigned to attend classes without being present can participate regularly and ask questions.
For the delivery of practicals, the virtual Platea teaching platform will be preferred, so that all students have equal opportunities, or so that they can hand in the physical practical when it is their turn.
Presential classes will be replaced by online classes through the University's institutional Google Gsuite Meet platform, as well as access to various teaching materials for the development of practices such as analysis of court decisions and online case studies through the UJA's Platea virtual teaching platform.
