- Epistemological foundations of Physical Education.
- Evolution of Physical Education in Primary Education.
- The curriculum of Physical Education in Primary Education.
-The perceptive-motor abilities: body, spatial, temporal
perception.
- The coordinative qualities.
-The motor skills: basic, generic and specific.
Exhibition classes in large group: Participative master classes,
introductory activities, conferences, exhibitions, and
visualization of theoretical content.
Classes in practice groups: Guided classes of practical
activities, solving exercises, tasks and cases, visualization of
practical contents, preparation works of practical content,
exhibitions and debates, reading and handling of complementary
material.
Group and individual tutorials: Supervision of works
addressed, clarification of doubts, and comments on individual or
collective proposals.
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
Attending to the system of evaluation of the subject, to be able
to surpass it, it is established:
- S1: Attendance and/or active participation equal to or
greater than 80% of the practical classes.
- S2: Obtain a score equal to or greater than 5 out of 10 in
the evaluation of theoretical concepts of the subject (multiple
choice exam).
- S3: Obtain a score equal to or higher than 5 out of 10 in the evaluation of work, cases or exercises.
All the above-mentioned criteria must be overcome in due time
and form according to the guidelines established by the teaching
staff.
Continuous assessment students who do not pass some of the
assessments or have not submitted to them in the ordinary call, for
the extraordinary call, they must pass the tasks not passed as
follows:
- S1: For the 20% related to attendance and/or
participation, the students must present a work that covers the
specific competences (portfolio of sessions, theoretical-practical
analysis, etc.) in ideal conditions to be overcome, according to
indications.
- S2: For 50% of the concepts section of the subject, the
student must appear again for the exam or essay not passed in the
ideal conditions to be passed, according to indications.
- S3: For 30% of the work completion section, you must
submit the works requested for completion in ordinary call in the
ideal conditions to be passed, as indicated.
Students who do not follow a continuous assessment, for the
ordinary and extraordinary call must pass the tasks in the same
way. However, the elaboration of the works will not be in a group
way, but individually.
The evaluation systems and percentages for each criterion
will be the same in any of the scenarios that we may encounter.
However, the means and instruments may vary (see below multimodal
and non-face-to-face scenario).
- Kirk, D., Madonald, D., & O¿Sullivan, M. (2006). The handbook of Physical Education. London: SAGE. . Edition: -. Author: - (Library)
The exhibition classes in large groups will be taught in person when the number of students does not exceed the limited capacity of the classroom (taking into account the minimum social distance determined by the health authority). In the event that the enrolled students exceed the permitted capacity, the rotation of the students will be applied, providing the students that due to rotation do not correspond to the classroom class with the necessary information for the proper follow-up of the class in a non-classroom way. On the other hand, in case the class cannot be done in person, these classes will be taught online synchronously (GoogleMeet) and/or asynchronously (Docencia Virtual). In any case, the material corresponding to each topic will be accessible online (Docencia Virtual).
Classes in practice groups will take place in the
face-to-face format and/or non-face-to-face format. For the
face-to-face format, in the event that the number of students
exceeds the allowed capacity, the rotation of the students will be
chosen, which allows them to carry out part of the teaching in
person, provided that the center does not determine that in the
subject is impossible to respect the social distance, in which the
case will be done online (for example, through the viewing of
videos).
The
tutorials will be held in an online format
synchronously at the scheduled time (GoogleMeet or by phone) and
asynchronously (Email).
Finally, regarding the
evaluation, the same assessement systems and
percentages will be maintained as in the face-to-face modality. In
addition, if attendance is possible, they will be evaluated on an
ordinary basis. However, in case attendance is not possible, the
following adaptations will be made. Large group expository classes
will be followed by attendance at synchronous classes and/or
visualization of asynchronous classes, as well as the development
of related online assignments at asynchronous ones. Classes in
practical groups will be replaced by the viewing of online videos
and related tasks. The evaluation of the concepts of the subject
will be done in online format or through the delivery of a work
that substitutes it. The evaluation of the resolution of cases will
be carried out through the elaboration of the simulation of cases
through video.
The
timing does not present modifications with respect
to the face-to-face format.
Regarding
resources and infrastructure, both physical and
virtual resources from the University of Jaén (for example,
Docencia Virtual) and own virtual (for example, computer, mobile
and internet) will be used.
