The TFM will begin to be developed in the evenings from February until the prescribed hours and the pre-set objectives are completed.
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
Adequate acquisition of the competences and learning results, described in the Master's report and in points 6 and 7 of this guide.
The student has to defend his TFM, before a court established for this purpose, according to the Regulations of the TFM approved by the Center for Postgraduate Studies of the University of Jaén.
Within the 40% evaluation of the memory, 25% must be considered for the evaluation that the court makes of said memory and 15% of the rubric that the student's tutor makes of his work.

TEACHING METHODOLOGY AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES Scenario A: If the number of students that have to occupy the research laboratories to perform the TFM does not exceed the ratio considered as security in a situation of potential pandemic danger. In this case, 100% of the students will carry out an experimental TFM in the research laboratories of the teacher chosen as tutor, according to the regulations of said research laboratory. Scenario B: If the number of students that have to occupy the research laboratories to perform the TFM exceeds the ratio considered as security in a situation of potential pandemic danger. The possibility will be given that the student chooses to carry out an experimental or bibliographic TFM. The students who choose will carry out an experimental TFM in the research laboratories of the tutor, they will take turns in said spaces according to a schedule that said research laboratory will have to prepare. At all times, and regardless of whether or not the number of students exceeds the capacity allowed by the laboratories, the degree of attendance may be modified by the academic commission of the Master and the Center for postgraduate studies depending on the teaching planning of the Master as a whole. EVALUATION SYSTEM The same evaluation system will be maintained, with the necessary adaptations depending on the situation. Efforts will be made to defend the memory in person. However, the final decision, whether the defense is face-to-face or telematic, will be made by the academic commission of the Master and the Center for Postgraduate Studies based on the teaching planning of the Master as a whole. adaptations depending on the situation. The defense of memory is
done electronically.

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.
Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.
Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.
Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.
Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above.
