For a better understanding of the concepts, the whole teaching will occur in the computer classroom. In this way, each theoretical concept will be immediately supported with practical exercises performing by means of different softwares: PAST, R-Studio, SPSS, Stat-graphics, EXCEL, RapidMiner, etc.
For no Hispanic students, an accreditation of, at least, B-1 Spanish or B-1 English language level is recommended
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
The theoretical contents will be evaluated through an objective test (35%). The practical contents will be evaluated through a report with the exercises and statistical analyses started by the student in the classroom and completed with their subsequent autonomous work (65%).
To pass the course, it will be necessary to pass both the theoretical content exam and the practical exercises or reports.

ACTIVITIES METHODOLOGY:
All classes will be taught in the computer room so that each theoretical concept will be immediately supported with practical exercises, for better assimilation of them, through the use of different software: PAST, R-Studio, SPSS, Stat-graphics, EXCEL, RapidMiner, etc.
If socio-sanitary conditions so advise, two subgroups will be created with 50% of the students who will attend the theoretical-practical sessions on a rotating basis. To do this, previously and asynchronously, the students will have carried out an autonomous work following the instructions of the teachers (viewing videos or other didactic material, complementary reading, carrying out exercises, etc.). These contents will be complemented, reinforced and completed in the classroom face-to-face where, in addition, the tasks carried out by the students as work prior to the face-to-face session will be implemented and corrected.
Adapting to online teaching implies the use of synchronous and asynchronous activities with the support offered by the Virtual Teaching Intranet site (eg. forums, multimedia resources, documentation management, tests, etc.) and the Hangouts Meet and Form tools of Google Suite .
The tutorials will be carried out by email or videoconference and by appointment.
EVALUATION SYSTEM:
No changes from the original teaching guide.
The theoretical examination will be face-to-face, always when the social and health conditions allow it.
____________________________________________________
In the multimodal and/or non-face-to-face scenarios, when appropriate, the teachers involved in the teaching are reserved the right not to give consent for the capture, publication, retransmission or reproduction of their speech, image, voice and explanations of chair, in the exercise of his teaching functions, in the field of the University of Jaén.
TEACHING METHODOLOGY AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES:
Face-to-face teaching is replaced by synchronous and
asynchronous non-face-to-face teaching.
Adapting to online teaching implies the use of synchronous
and asynchronous activities with the support offered by the Virtual
Teaching Intranet site (for example, forums, multimedia resources,
documentation management, tests, etc.) and Hangouts Meet and Google
Suite form platforms.
The tutorials will be carried out by email or Videoconference
and by appointment.
EVALUATION SYSTEM:
Without modification with respect to the original teaching
guide, although the theoretical exam will be done on-line.
SCHEDULE:
Synchronous face-to-face classes will be governed by the
schedule listed on the official website of the Master as long as
there is no harm with family conciliation in the cases included in
the MECUIDA Plan. In these circumstances, the schedule will be
agreed with the students.
