4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Teaching methodology:  

Academic sessions to the group of students for the development of theoretical content, using the methodology of group work: workshops, group techniques, demonstrations, individual and group presentations, case studies, etc.

Colective tutorial sessions

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

Non-attendance Development of 6 practical sessions, two hours each. Using the google meet tool in such a way that teachers will make as many meeting rooms as small groups have in a synchronous way. For an estimation of 30 students 3 virtual rooms. Rooms as round tables where teachers will enter simultaneously.
6 theory sessions on the contents of the programme. 6 participative master class sessions, 4 hours long each, carried out by videoconference.

Purpose: In accordance with the Law on Universities and other state and regional legislation in force, to take the exams corresponding to the subjects in which the student is registered. In order to avoid frauds in the realization of the exam, the exam will be carried out in the modality of video call, being able the personnel of the University of Jaén to contract the image of the person who is carrying out the evaluation test with the photographic files of the student in the
time of registration. Likewise, in order to provide the evaluation test with evidential content for revisions or challenges, in accordance with current regulations, the evaluation test will be recorded.
Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (University Law) and other state and regional regulations in force.
Recipients: service providers who own the platforms on which the tests are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.
Storage periods: those established in the applicable regulations. In the specific case of the recordings of the exams, until the final minutes are closed and the evaluation test can be reviewed or contested.
Rights: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandaluciaes.es

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.
