The ones presented above.
Theory will be taught by the teacher, who will switch from theory to practical issues related to that theory. Some issues will be commented in class, leading to debates.
Students will follow the teacher's presentations and reflect on their learning/teaching experience. They will also have to devote some time to corpus analysis, critical reading, and evaluation of different teaching methods.
Students' tasks:
- Elaboration of a chart reflecting factors affecting participants as L2 learners
- Revision of interlanguage features
- Guided preparation of teaching methods, and oral presentation of those methods
- Completion of different assignments
- Attendance to individual and group tutorials
- Critical analysis of diverse audiovisual and written materials connected to language teaching
- Corpus analysis
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
Elaboration of several practical exercises dealing with first and second language learning.
Oral presentation of a teaching method in groups. Both a presentation and a written work will be considered.
There will be an exam with long and short answers. Students must pass this exam to pass the subject.

Teaching will take place face-to-face from 50 to 100% of the time alotted, as far as the students' ratio and classroom space allow for this. However, face-to-face teaching will always deal with practical issues or analysis of theorical aspects, using a flipped classroom methodology. To be more specific:

Evaluation will have the same percentages as in face-to-face teaching, although tasks will be presented by means of the online platform provided by the university. Attendance will be considered by means of physical and virtual participation.

There will be no change in contents, but both theory and practice sessions will be online, by means of google meet. There will be an online forum, and flipped learning (videos/readings at home, discussion/analysis in the -virtual-classroom) will be promoted.

Evaluation criteria will be the same as in other situations ( 50% theory, 40% practice, 10% attendance) incorporating the possibility of carrying out an online test, which may be synchronous or not.
In the second examination phase (June/July), 100 % of the grade will be evaluated by means of a face to face (or online, depending on situation) exam including theory and practical contents.

Purpose: In accordance with the Universities Law and other national and regional regulations in force, carrying out exams and assessment tests corresponding to the courses students are registered in. In order to avoid frauds while sitting the exam, the exam will be answered using a videoconference system, being able the academic staff of the University of Jaén to compare and contrast the image of the person who is answering the exam with the student's photographic files. Likewise, in order to provide the exam with evidential content for revisions or claims, in accordance with current regulation frameworks, the exam will be recorded and stored.
Legitimacy: compliance with legal obligations (Universities Law) and other national and regional regulations currently in force.
Addressees: service providers who are the owners of the platforms where the exams are carried out and with whom the University of Jaén has signed the corresponding data access contracts.
Storage periods: those established in current in force regulations. In the specific case of exam videoconference recordings, not before the examination records and transcripts are closed or the exam can still be reviewed or challenged.
Rights: you can exercise your right of access, amendment, cancellation, opposition, suppression, limitation and portability by sending a letter to the postal or electronic address indicated above. In the event that you consider that your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Andalusian Council for Transparency and Data Protection www.ctpdandalucia.es
