3. CONTENT DESCRIPTION

Theoretical concepts on community development and local
development.
Contributions to local development from the perspective of
community intervention of social work.
Local development and social inclusion.
Policies of local development and inclusion of different Welfare
Systems (Housing, Employment, Income Guarantee, Education).
Sectoral plans and comprehensive plans for inclusion and local
development with special reference to Andalusia.

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Activity 1: Expository activities of the teacher and the
students (theoretical exposition, seminars, presentation of works
...). The Project Based Learning (PBL) methodology will be used.

Activity 2: Practical activities (practices inside and outside the
classroom).

Activity 3: Activities in small groups. Work groups

Activity 4: Tutoring both individually and in small groups

Activity 5: Personal work (individual or team work, preparation of
presentations, personal study ...).

Activity 6: Evaluation

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The passing of the subject will be the weighted average of
the previous sections provided that at least 4.5 has been taken in
the written test
