1.General considerations. 2. Enforcement proceeding. Enforcement orders. 3. Provisional enforcement. 4. Monetary enforcement: start, development, possible incidents and termination. 5. Mortgage foreclosure enforcement. 6. Non-monetary enforcement. 7. Bankruptcy proceeding. 8. Order for payment procedure. The European order for payment procedure. European Small Claims Procedure. 9. Other negotiable instruments collection proceedings. 10. Arbitration and mediation in civil and commercial matters.
