CONTENT DESCRIPTION

Unit 1. Interim measures in Spanish Civil Procedural law.

Unit 2. Particular proceedings in Spanish Civil Procedural law.

Unit 3. Procedural particularities in ordinary civil proceedings in Spanish Civil Procedural law.

Unit 4. Spanish criminal Procedural law.

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

THEORY (4.5 ECTS): 45 hours for lectures and 75 hours for homework.

PRACTICE (1.5 ECTS): 15 hours for case studies and 15 hours for homework.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

Attendance, practice (case studies) and participation at classroom activities it will be valued as 20% of the final mark.

Theoretical concepts. the final theory exam will be valued as a 80% of the final mark.
