Unit 6. Sources of Public International Law: Customary Law.

Unit 7. Sources of Public International Law: Acts of International Organizations and Unilateral Acts of States.

Unit 8. State Competences (I).

Unit 9. State Competences (II).

Unit 10. The Law of the Sea.

Unit 11.  Legal regime of other spaces (international waterways, polar regions and outer space law).

Unit 12. International Resposibility 

Unit 13. Arbitration and Judicial Settlement of International Disputes.

Unit 14. The Use of Force

Unit 15. International Human Rights Law.

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

1) THEORY (6 ECTS): 60 hours for lecture and 90 hours for homework.
2) PRACTICE (3 ECTS): 30 hours for case studies and 45 hours homework.

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

ASSESMENT METHODOLOGY:
1) Final theory exam: 80%.
2) Case studies or final practice exam: 20%.
