4.1.        Fundamentals on navigation.

4.3.        Inertial systems (INS).

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Lectures will involve:

  • Theoretical lessons by means of master classes with student participation
  • Practice lessons based on the use of  practice exercises and use of especific Geodetic and Navigation software.. 

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

Theory:
- Periodic controls: 40% of final mark.

- Practice: student reports: 60% of final mark.

Both parts (theory and practice) mus be passed, otherwise a final exam will be requiered.
