5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

  • Final written exam (oficial date from offcial schedule set by Faculty)
  • Reports (writen and oral) related to hand-ons practices (along the semester) and quality for oral presentations
  • Classroom attendance (along the semester)

Assesment Criteria (explicit)

  • To know and apply scientific knowledge (physics and chemistry) to explain the natural phenomena
  • To know main learning progressions in Primary Education to teach and learn "Chemistry & Phisics" concepts, facts and phenomena. 
  • To identify and appropriately solves problems associated with science relatited to everyday life events.
  • To know and  to value the way in which science builds knowledge, and the evolution of scientific theories over time (Nature of Science)
  • To identify, describe and critically analyze naive and adequate  views of Science
  • To  design and evaluate appropriate teaching resources for Science Education in Priamry School
  • To know and apply appropriate methodological resources and strategies to promote the acquisition of scientific competences in primary school students.
