4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

The subject is raised with a teaching methodology centered on the student and that allows the students to develop or modify the vision or conception of the world that they already adopt. In this way, although some of the classes have a theoretical content, most of them are developed based on the exhibition, discussion and debate of opinions and experiences related to the subject and current issues, always looking for a climate that Facilitate the student's participation. In addition, throughout the course, the students will perform individual and / or group work that will be valued for the student's final grade. For all this, we cannot propose a single teaching method since this would be incompatible with the diversity of objectives and variables we just discussed.

Thus, for the development of the theoretical part of the subject will use the debate and discussion groups, although most of the time, the teaching of the subject will be taught through the Participatory Magistral Lesson, using the different audiovisual media available, in order to facilitate the understanding and assimilation of the contents

With respect to the practical part, we will use the case method, although, occasionally, we will be able to use the simulation or role-playing or field study works.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

To pass the subject it will be necessary to obtain 5 points out of 10 as a result        of the sum of the marks obtained in the theoretical / practical examination and          in the cases elaborated in class.
