Concept of Smart territory. Examples of smart territories: regions, municipalities, parks. Territorial diagnosis. Planning and management tools. Data capture techniques. Transmission, management and analysis of information. Services and products.
Practices
Development of a proposal for the intelligent management of a space or territory, with the use of geomatics tools for the capture and analysis of geospatial information.
The theory classes will include keynote expositions of the theoretical concepts of the subject and examples, in a participative environment with expositions of the students and discussions of aspects of interest.
The practical classes will include the preparation, presentation and discussion of a proposal for the intelligent management of a space or territory, with the help and the attendance of the teacher.
Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support
With the theory exam, the competences CB7, CB8, CG1IGEO, CG2IGEO, CT1, CT2, CT5, E09MIGEO are evaluated.
Results: RB7a, RB8, RG1IGEO, RG2IGEO, RT1, RT2, RT5, RE09MIGEO.
With the accomplishment of practices, the competences CB7, CB8, CG1IGEO, CG2IGEO, CT1, CT2, CT4, CT5E01MIGEO, E07MIGEO, E09MIGEO are evaluated.
Results: RB7a, RB7b, RB7c, RB8, RG1IGEO, RG2IGEO, RT1, RT2, RT4, RT5, RE01MIGEO, RE07MIGEO, RE09MIGEO.
With the attendance and participation, the competences CB8, CG1IGEO, CT4, CT5, E09MIGEO are evaluated.
Results: RB8, RG1IGEO, RT4, RT5, RE09MIGEO.
To pass the subject will be necessary to pass the theory exam and the practical work of the subject, independently.
The final score of the subject will be calculated taking into account the weighting of each of the parts (theory and practices).
