3. CONTENT DESCRIPTION
This subject provides an overview of the current methodology used in the production, purification, analysis and characterization of native and recombinant proteins, and in the metabolites study.
- Sample preparation for protein purification
- Large-scale production of proteins from recombinant DNA
- Chromatografic strategies for purification and characterization of native and recombinant proteins
- Techniques for protein identification and quantification
- Determination of physicochemical and kinetic parameter of enzymes
- Methodology for analysis of metabolites: metabolomics
4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY
Lectures and laboratory practices taugh in Sapnish. Material will be supplied in English.
