4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Large group classes are accounting for both the theoretical issues and practical examples (numerical problems) associated to each lesson. CE-1, CE-32, CE-50 and CT-1 skills are assesed.

Laboratory practice is going to deal with the experiments outlined for this subject. CB-1, CB-5, CE-1, and CT-1 skills are assesed.

The academically directed activities will be conducted in seminars, and they are related to the subject of the course. CB-1, CB-5, CE-1 and CT-1 skills are assesed.

Tutoring lessons are mainly oriented to the resolution of doubts and workshop of problems. Theoretical questions will be posted in ILIAS. CE-1, CE-32 and CT-1 skills are assesed.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The theoretical examination will be of the written type and take place in the date provided by the Experimental Sciences Faculty.

Lab-practices are mandatory. The lack of assistance involves failure in this issue. The acquired knowledge will be assessed through a notebook. It is mandatory to deliver it.

Self-evaluations will be carried out using the virtual platform. It is compulsory pass them all.

To pass the academically directed activities mandatory assistance will be taken into account along with any associated work.

The academically directed activities will be conducted in seminars.

The mentoring (tutorial) group is mainly oriented to the resolution of doubts and workshop of problems.
