4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

The methodology will be based on the combination of theory (presentation of contents by the teacher) and practice (application of contents) sessions along with the supervised ellaboration of assignments individually and/or in groups.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The overall mark obtained by the student will be determined by the following elements: 

  • Participatory attendance (10%)
  • Continuous assessment (40%)
  • Written exam: (50%)

The component of continuous assessment will be evaluated on the basis of regular attendance to the lessons (at least 80%). The student who cannot attend lessons for reasons that are officially justified will be evaluated through a longer final exam.
