Chapter 1.-Financial Planning of the company

Chapter 2.-Development of the long-term financial planning

Chapter 3.-Risk Management in the short term

Chapter 4.- Short-term Financial planning

Chapter 5.- Company Valuation

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Theoretical lectures will be offered to explain main concepts of the subject.

To solve practical exercices, we will use computer, excel program.

Students will make and present in groups a papper.

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

Theoretical concepts will be check through 2 or 3 partial test realiced during the course or by 1general test at the end of thre course (R1, R2, R7, and R9).

Practical part will be valued through several exercices performed with computer at the end of the course (R1, R2, R7, R9, and R10).

The exam will sum a maximum of 9 points out of 10, at the ordinary and extraordinary convocation. The reamaining point will be get making and presenting the paper.
