UNIT 1. EMPLOYMENT POLICY. Social Employment Law. Concept of employment policy. Employment Law sources: Regulations and professionals. subjective dimension. active and passive policies. Purpose of employment policy. Dimension of employment policy. Employment and socio-economic phenomenon.
UNIT 2. INSTITUTIONALIZING EMPLOYMENT POLICY. international dimension of employment policy. European dimension of employment policy. constitutional dimension of employment policy. territorial dimension of employment policy: National, Regional, Local.
UNIT 3. POLICY AND POLICY POSITIONING. Placing employment as their main activity: target. Formal institutional placement and placement. Model placement in the ILO. Placement and intermediation in the EU. The current model placement and intermediation in Spain: concept, principles, agents. The placement process. Intermediation vs interposition: the ETT. Self-employment and promotion policy of self-employment.
UNIT 4. POLICY TO PROMOTE EMPLOYMENT. Classification of measures to promote employment. Economic measures. Incentives to hire. Promoting employment of groups with difficulties in accessing the labor market. Distribution of employment policies

UNIT 7. GOVERNMENT, TRANSPARENCY AND CONTROL OF ACTS OF EMPLOYMENT. Public oversight of acts of employment. Duties of notification. administrative authorization. collective control of acts of employment. penalization and liability regime for employment.
Theorical lessons and practical exercises
Master classes to teach theoretical contents but encouraging the student participation. Audiovisual support
Practical classes to resolve problems, exercices and cases.
To encourage autonomous work, the students have to do different home works, work class and to expose them.

The rating system will be governed by the provisions of RD 1125/2003 of September 5 by which the European credit system and the grading system in official university degrees character set.
