4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Session in small groups comprise:

16 hours in laboratory practice

10 hours for seminars: exercises, computer practices, study cases, oral presentations etc

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The evaluation system is the same for all convocatories

Attendance to practical sessions in smal groups (both laboratory and seminars) is compulsory. All the homework to be presented will be evaluated only in the case of attendance.

It is necesary to obtain a minimum calification of 4.0 points in the exam in order to compute the rest of activities.

Competences evaluated with each evaluation tool:

Exam: CE-51, CT-24, CB-3, CB-4

Exercises, study cases and oral presentations: CE-39, CE-6, CT-24,  CB-3, CB-4, CB-5

Laboratory report and practical proof: CE-39, CE-51, CE-6, CT-24, CB-4

Lecturer´s observations: CE-39, CE-51, CB-3
