4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

The methodology will be active and will promote the significative learning with the experience of the musical practice. The meetings will have always a theoretical - practical character, in that there will be promoted the reflection and self-criticism of the proposed work. Skills like the investigation and previous or simultaneous research of the student on practical suppositions, the collaborative work and the participant observation will be axial in the development of the classes. 

1. Lessons- great group. The theoretical classes will depart from the presentation of the central idea of the topic that must  be focused and its implication in the curriculum of the infant education. From this starting point,  there activities of initiation, development and evaluation willl be carried out. 



2. Practical lessons.  

They will be focused on developing the basic musical competences in the listening, interpretation and vocal and instrumental creation adapted to the infantile education. 

3. Academic directed activities: 

The pupil will choose two activities among the offered by the professorship  which will consist of the extension of topics and problems arisen to the thread of the development of the subject, across the research on specialized bibliography and of the creativity of each individual. 

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The evaluation system will follow the RD 1125/2003 of 5 September in which the european system of credits and califications of the university degrees were stablished.
