4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

The theoretical lessons include typical problem solutions, besides the master lessons.

The practical lessons will help the students to understand theoretical lessons, with basic and design practices in order to demonstrate the capacities achieved by them.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

The subject appreciates theoretical and practical knowledge. This year a practice design will be proposed to include almost the whole subject. A theory and practice exam will be done for those students that don’t pass the practice design.

Theory: exam and problems.

Practice: laboratory designs. Qualifications: 48% of the mark is the theoretical module. 50% of the mark is the practical module. Both modules must be got pass independently. The rest 2% consist of the assessment of participation and acquired skills during the student work.

This system will assess next competencies: CB.11, CB.4, CG.3 and CG.9. Positive assessment of any of the evaluation procedures will include the next learning results: Result-01, Result-02, Result-03, Result-04, Result-05, Result-06, Result-20, Result-21, Result-22, Result-23, Result-24 and Result-25.
