Stimulating creativity. Nature of the business creation process and its importance in economy
market. Elaboration of the Business Plan. Institutional programs to support entrepreneurship. Beginning
ethical business.
TOPIC 01: Business and enterprise: basic considerations.
TOPIC 02: The entrepreneur and business idea.
TOPIC 03: The business plan.
TOPIC 04: Strategic analysis and market research.
TOPIC 05: Marketing Plan.
TOPIC 06: Plan of operations.
TOPIC 07: Organizational structure and personnel management in the company.
TOPIC 08: Financial plan.
TOPIC 09: Selecting the legal form and procedure for implementation.

4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

DETAILED INFORMATION:
The lectures of the subject are usually developed through the use of lecture.
To the extent that the development of matter required, will be introduced to the necessary examples
improve understanding of the concepts by students.
Meanwhile, the development of practical classes consist primarily in the application of concepts
assimilated in theory, in the discussion of cases and the use of related tools
subject.
