4. COURSE DESCRIPTION AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY

The student must attend lectures in order to have a continuous monitoring of the subject and make practical cases that arise in class.

The practices will be held in the computer room , as them will try to give a touchable reality of some of the topics of the public law.

In case the student is not able to understand Spanish, theoretical and practical classes will be substituted with  lectures and specific works on  the five topics of the subject.

Students with special educational needs should contact the Student Attention Service (Servicio de Atención y Ayudas al Estudiante) in order to receive the appropriate academic support

5. ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY

There are two different ways to pass the subject:

1.-  A conversation over the topics that compound the subject, in which it is necessary to show that the students has acquired and understand the different topics.

2.- A written exam compound of two/three  questions

The student should agree previously with the professor which of both ways want to do.

This represents the 70 per 100 of the vote; the other 30 per 100 is obtained from  the specific works on the five topics of the subject done through the semester.
